Is isla too popular?
Isla is on my name list, currently have a 18m old Evie so looking for a short name to go with it!

It’s a little but not as popular as my name 😂 it’s a forever beautiful name though!!!! So pretty xx
Isla was the number 2 name in Scotland last year, I’m not sure of its popularity elsewhere though. Evie was number 14 so not a big difference in popularity between either of the names. But it is a lovely name and if you love it you should use it!
There are no Islas in my daughters year. A few Ellie’s and Olivia’s.
Isla ranked No. 3 England and Wales! So it is quite popular but so is Evie at no. 24 (data is the latest from baby’s born in 2023)
I’ve met soooooo many Islas!! It’s so popular, I used to love it but now I just don’t anymore, I hear it ALL the time. Just being honest xxx
