I'm 8 months postpartum and went through a lot with my labour. I was listening to an audiobook yesterday that had a pregnancy and an off page birth and I sobbed and sobbed it triggered the hell out if me. We all process things differently as well as having different experiences. How you're feeling is still 100% valid 🩷
I had an awful pregnancy/labour and birth. I speak about it all the time and I'm 10months PP, you are totally entitled to talk about your experience as much or as little as you'd like. It's a traumatic event and getting used to your new body / your new self is exhausting. You're juggling so much already, try not to let other people's opinions or looks sway you in how you feel. Don't doubt yourself xx
My little one is about to turn 5 months and I feel the exact same! It’s a major life change and a huge, potentially traumatic event, don’t compare yourself to others x
I’m 22 months pp and just reconciling what’s happened over the last 22 months lol. Honestly, it takes a while and no one really gets it unless they’re in it imo xx
Listen girl I’m always talking about my labor lols almost everyday cause still amazed and in shock lols
