My bd gets court ordered visitation for 2 weeks soon and I’m scared he might try to take them and not return as he’s done so in the past. I was thinking about putting a tracker on them. Has anyone ever done so? What should I do?

I mean he could def do that, but legally he has no right because there's a court order. He wouldn't be able to get far and you can absolutely report it right away. Doesn't hurt to have a tracker on them. Those are your babies so do whatever you feel you need to

If that happens you file a Show Cause automatically with the court and they can have him arrested or fined for breaking the court order. Same thing happened with me and I did just that but he gave her back once he knew I did file it

The tracker can help if he flees, the cops will help you

Tracker, tracker, tracker. My fiances grams literally took two kids and went to another freakin country was gone for years before she got them back on a huge government man hunt. Do anything you can think of before giving them to him, I hate that he’s allowed to take them when that’s the history🤦‍♀️

i just watched a video the kids dad took the kids and the mom came to his house to get the kids back the police told her if it’s court ordered they can’t do anything about it you’ll have to go to family court

@SaKaiya I’m saying as in if he doesn’t return them when he’s scheduled to do so. I know cops can’t do anything if it’s court ordered.
