I want to do a short vlog like video from me and his dad every year kinda just of his birthday with a mix of our favorite memories of the year. If I remember I definitely want to do a self progression photo of my little one! I’ve also been saving stuff in a little box to start a sort of hope chest/ time capsule for him to have. 😊
Similar to others, we are doing a letter and then his baby book has a page in it with all his accomplishments and favorite things from that year. For his 1st birthday specifically we are having family and friends fill out pages for a time capsule he can open on his 18th birthday.
I saw someone post on tiktok that she’s getting a piece of silver serveware each year so when she turns 18 she has a collection! I thought that was cute.
I am going to carry on the tradition in my family to go to build a bear for birthdays!
