Yes we ordered everything from them too. Does it still say in your account that it is due this Friday? I just got a text the day before with a delivery slot - ours arrived yesterday perfectly on time x
Hi, their customer service is fab, go online and do a video chat with them (you don’t have to be on video) but it’s a person in a store so they can chat to you x

I had our travel system delivered beginning of this month and we didn’t get a dispatch email till the night before it was due to be delivered as I was getting concerned something was wrong, hopefully you receive something the day before x
Yep and came on the day I had selected. I think we got an email a few days before and then a time slot the day before.
I’ve got my pram/travel system (Ocarro) and nursery wardrobe/charging table through them (Oxford) Love the pram!! The furniture was very hard to put together… but looks great now it’s up. My carpenter had to re hang the doors on the wardrobe but that might be our old house/wonky floors, he commented how nice the furniture is
I got my emails 2 days before delivery day with a time slot. The delivery company sent me about 5 emails and a million texts over those 2 days!!
I ordered back in 2021 for my son, I don’t think I ever did receive anything from them email wise! If you message them on Facebook (if you have it) they use to be quite responsive on that to advise what the latest with your items are x
