If you want to get married by the county clerk’s office your best bet is to look it up on their website directly or to call them. My husband and I got married in Sarasota County; for us there was a 3 day waiting period from the time we applied for the marriage license before we could get married. We had to fill out stuff online and in person at the clerk’s office. I’m not sure if this applies to other counties in our state as well or if you’re a couple coming from out of state to get married here.
We'd be coming from the UK, so it's vital everything can be done in the 2 weeks we'd be there otherwise its not financially possible, to make a 2nd trip, it's a full month in the UK but generally everything is booked ages in advance
Orlando is in Orange County. Here’s their clerk site: https://www.myorangeclerk.com/Divisions/Marriages/Marriage-Licenses
Keep in mind if you are wanting the clerk’s office to perform the marriage ceremony as well they do not do anything outside their business hours, on weekends, or if they are closed for a holiday.
In the state of Florida you and your partner have to fill out stuff online what you can always do is have someone that is motorized or ordained come with you and just marry you guys there my father in law married my husband and I in my parents yard you just need 2 witnesses
