Why did it stop?

So ive been suffering with horrendous nausea to the point ive been taking the maximum daily dose of anti sickness meds. Ages ago i booked a trip to london and i was dreading it since finding out i was pregnant/nausea. Well we went yesterday and i was basically fine! Even on the hot, swaying underground it didnt make me feel sick. At hone id been having to go lay down every afternoon. Was it the complete change of scenery and routine or maybe not having the stress of looking after our 2yr old for a day?? I had my eldest 2 kids with me but they dont require much supervision as theyre that much older.

How far along are you? Symptoms can come and go so don’t worry! I hear most symptoms subside nearing 12 weeks

@Zeynep im 9+2. The weird thing is i was soooo bad only the day before we went but while there was fine. Ill see how today goes lol

I have had bad nausea since 6 weeks. I do shift work 3 x 12 hour days a week. I find my nausea completely stops when I am at work all day. As soon as I stop on my days off it comes back really bad. I wonder if it is change of scenery being out of the house or simply having your mind concentrating on other things 👌 I am off today and it’s very bad today 🥴 xx

@Michaela oh thats interesting. It must be something along those lines then i reckon

I have the exact same as @Michaela, seem to be fine when I’m out and about or working but when I finally slow down and get home I feel so sick! I started doubting whether it’s all in my head x
