Not sure which country you're in, but 'Nettie' is a slang word for toilet in some parts of the UK
Rooney isn’t getting the love it deserves! I immediately think of Rooney Mara who is amazing – I love the same, and Rooney Opal / Rooney Laurel both work well imo
I love Nettie Opal & Darbie Opal I think they are both lovely! My little girl is Luna Opal I think it's such a stunning middle name 🤍

Weirdly enough my partner picked Opal too! We didn't find out the gender so when she was born I had about 15+ girl names and none of them suited her 😩 I was so tired and just tried to search lists of names (not like I hadn't done that for 9 months 🤣) Then once my partner had gone home because he wasn't able to stay the night he messaged me saying what about Luna Opal and it just clicked that's the name that suited her! I love that he chose the name it makes it even more precious 💕 when you said that all I could think of was the shop Nettos 🤣 xx
