Anyone else not a first time mum and just totally unprepared this time around?

Yep same boat (30 weeks) even down to the 3.5 year old! I'm just about to start buying stuff but I'm also like, I know it will be fine and we can sort it last minute if we need too. I'm not anxious this time around so the 'deadline' still feels far enough away lol. Nesting will kick in at some point I'm sure.

Oh god yes it's like these tiny humans are the pinnacle of energy, I have no idea where they get it from! 😂 I have managed to pack a hospital bag but it was done over a couple of weeks just bit by bit when I'm not shattered 😂 You're definitely not alone, I'm going to try and nap when he naps when I go on maternity leave see if that helps my energy levels! You got this though and worst case.. make daddy do it, god knows what they'll pack 😂

I'm exactly the same this time round. I'm 34 weeks, and have a 5 year old, but by the time I've done working and done the after school rush and bedtime I haven't the energy to sort anything out. I haven't even got most of the things I need for my hospital bag yet

Exactly the same, I’ve got the car seat etc but just haven’t been as prepared as I was with my little girl🙈

Yep! I’m due end of June, but having him mid June so got less than 4 weeks, we currently have the decorators in doing my sons room so then we’ve got to move him to then re do the nursery, anything we do have is either at my nans or in bag for life’s till I can move my sons stuff from his current wardrobe/drawers. I’m surprisingly relatively calm about it all 🤣

You are not alone girl. I'm 30 weeks with a 4 year old and I don't even know where to start. I didnt save nothing from my 4 year old as we've moved places and wasnt expecting to get pregnant so I need to rebuy everything.

Mines not getting a nursery 🙈 and other than clothes and all the stuff I had from my first I’ve done nothing 😂

I'm the same. 33+3 weeks and a 5 year old running my own business and dad left us at 20 weeks... So yeah finding it hard to get organised and prepared. I'm trying to aim for one thing a week lol. My friend sat me down and made me write a list of what I need still etc.. and I'm slowly working down the list. Even if it's just sitting on Amazon ordering lol x

This is baby 6 for me and was 9yrs ago since last baby that I'm just so unprepared I'm still focusing on getting thru work and finishing house renovations before baby lol

This is me 33 weeks + 3 and only just Just started buying clothes. Im so unprepared and im the same with energy my 2 year old toddler has me running around all day and doesn't nap so im constantly exhausted xx

Omg you’re amazing doing this with a 3.5 year old !! Do not judge or push yourself just because other people are doing certain things to prepare. take your time x

Yep! 😅 it’s so different the second time around

First time baby, almost 32 weeks and all I've sorted is somewhere for the baby to sleep & a few handy me down clothes! It will all come together 😊

Nearly 31 weeks with a 12 year old at home. Not got anything ready yet..trying to survive the last few weeks of work 😬🙈. June will be spent purchasing the necessaries and packing the bag!

34 weeks with a 3.5 year old and still feel like I have so much to do. Have most things for baby now but need to buy stuff for hospital bag and pack it and sort baby clothes and buy more of the sizes I need too. Just been exhausted 😅
