Upper back pain like trapped wind?!?

I am 15 weeks, yesterday afternoon I developed upper back pain which I can describe like a pocket of wind/ gas trapped. The pain increased until the evening. I tried to stretch it out, I drank something warm to help relieve it. Nothing worked but I was burping a lot. When I went to bed last night I was so uncomfortable laying on my side felt like pressure on the pocket of air so I mainly lay on my back with pillows propping me up. I’m wondering if this is normal or do I need to be seen?
