Have you tried heat pads
@Monica I haven’t gone to hospital or anything but paracetamol hasn’t helped and been in pain all week with some Brixton hocks as well I believe. What is pelvic girdle pain?
@Monica if it is this how can I relieve the pain? Not sure it is though but could be x
Massages and heat pads and it should go away after you give birth
I had a really bad kidney infection when I was 33 weeks which stemmed from a UTI, the lower back pain was sooo bad, have you had your urine tested recently? I had no other symptoms apart from the excruciating back pain
@Julia haven’t had a test recently but had no sign of infections or anything
Is your baby back to back? I had a really painful lower back before my back labour x
@Rosie no baby ain’t back to back lovely x
Don’t know how much this will help but there is a stretch you can do with a partner. It releases muscle ache and pains and tension in the thighs hips and lower back. Lay on your side supported with ur pillows. Have your partner stand behind you they will pick up ur top leg supporting the knee and ankle keeping them level right above the hip. You relax and breathe. Your partner keeping ur leg level will walk it back till u tell them to pause, with no pain and staying on ur side u will feel a stretch on ur front thigh and maybe even into ur lower abdomen. Breath deep multiple times and relax till it doesn’t feel like a stretch. Then on ur next exhale ur partner will put resistance on the front of ur knee and u contract and push it forward. Repeat the walk back and push 3more times flip sides and repeat on other leg. Contact me for any questions or do some research. It has helped me a bunch but go slow and at ur own pace do not hurt yourself!!!
Might still be worth getting tested for a UTI cause I didn’t have any other signs either
Have they said if you have Pelvic girdle pain
