I don’t think there’s any specific research but no evidence of harm and suggest it might help with brain development. Chloe Madeley talked about it at some point in her Instagram and she took it throughout pregnancy. I’m just very sporadic with when I remember!

@Lora yes all the way through until the last few weeks, I take 5 grams a day.
I took it up until around 35 weeks. In my opinion there are no downsides to taking creatine. Not sure whether it contributed to my 9lb 1oz baby or if I just make big babies 🤣🤷🏼
