Induction jealousy

I hear you! I’m in the same boat! Trying to get an induction day 37+3 and ready to pop! In so much discomfort and emotionally up and down. Had enough of being pregnant. That finish line is so close yet feels so far. Xx

37+6 and exactly the same, I’m having an elective C-section so I know she’ll be here at 39 weeks. But see people having csections booked for earlier than this because of size of baby.. we’re on the 98th percentile and I just can’t anymore 😅

I feel you! I’m 37+1 and hoping I can have a sweep and organise and induction date at my 38 week appointment next week bc I’m soooo done being pregnant ahahah xx

Ah see I’m the opposite! Doctors want me to be induced at 38 weeks exactly. I’m 37+3 now and I’m so up and down about it. I feel inductions are pushed so easily and me and baby are doing so well. After a spontaneous delivery for my last babe I want that same experience and induction is unknown and scary 🙊. Still deciding if I will go ahead or not and wish I didn’t have to choose!

I’ve been induced at 38+2 and honestly it’s not been the best experience this time try and stick it out mamma your doing amazing I very nearly ended up in theatre as at this gestation it’s not always as reliable my little ended up with shoulder dystocia I had a blood transfusion and was so out of it I didn’t get the golden hour because of it I know it’s frustrating but baby will come when baby is ready ❤️‍🩹

@Robyn my first was an induction and I had a post partum hemorrhage. I'm not jealous of not being induced just not having the baby haha! I wish baby was ready now. So sorry that that was your experience with induction too. Apart from tbe hemorrhage mine was mostly alright to be fair but I remember how traumatising those first few days after the blood loss was 🩷

I was induced with my first n tbh that was traumatic in a different way hopefully your little makes there appearance soon wishing you all the luck in the world xxx

I’m exactly the same but trying to look at it as sadly these ladies are being induced due to a medical reason and it’s unsafe for them to carry to term, I’m trying to think of this as a positive as luckily I have no risk factors so can let nature take its course. But obviously would very much like them to make there appearance sooner rather then later 😂
