Full nhs maternity pay
Currently on mat leave but wanting to try for 2nd baby at some point
if you finish mat leave and then become pregnant as soon as you go back to work.
Would you then recieve full mat pay (omp) as I would be working for 8 months by the time I went back onto mat leave again

As long as you work within the 'qualifying' weeks which I believe is like week 16-28 or something like that you can go on full maternity again. AL is also counted as working.. Ive had 3 back to back maternities, I went on my 1st in November 2021 and going back to work for first time in 2 weeks!x
