In regards to the being back in work for at least 3 months. Would they consider me technically being back if I’ve been using annual leave/on sick

Returning to work for 3 months

So I’m due to go back to work at the end of this year. I’m aware that I have to return for at least 3 months if I am wanting to leave or I will have to pay my maternity leave back. My question is I’m looking at tagging my holiday onto the end of my mat leave to reach my babies 1st birthday. If I then leave after t...
