4Days Postpartum

I gave birth on the 14th and had to get stitches for a 2nd degree tear. I’ve noticed that whenever I go to bathroom to pee as soon as I remove my underwear water like discharge just starts to trickle down my legs.. I don’t think it’s pee.. Anyone know what that might be?
