When is the right time to start potty training my twins are 20 months old I have no idea if they are ready or not and when to start potty training

Hi Danielle, I'm in exactly the same boat. Mine are 30 months old and I'm totally avoiding potty training because I dread the process. My tactic is to delay until it seems obvious to do it, not sure if that's the right thing to do?!

My son left the diaper short before 3 yo. Girls are usually faster.
