First Endocrinologist Appt Tomorrow

Hello! Back in April I had an ultrasound done on my thyroid. One side is completely shriveled up and the other side is enlarged and has a nodule. The soonest I could get in to see an endocrinologist was August! What are some things I need to ask or be made aware of? My levels were still in the normal range. Anyone have similar results? What was/is the typical next step? I’m so nervous and trying not to Google anything!
