Ttc after ectopic

Hey ladies, me and my Fiancé have been trying to conceive again after my ectopic Septemher last year. Treated with Methoxotrate. We've been trying since January and no luck as of yet. Was wondering how long it took others to conceive naturally after an ectopic. I know everyone's different and I'm trying to keep my mind busy but keeps getting me down that we haven't yet caught.
