Tips to stop rolling onto back when asleep

Has anyone got any tips to stop rolling onto their back when asleep? I’ve got the bellamoon pregnancy pillow that I stuff behind my back as much as I can and it feels like I can’t roll over but so many times I wake up in the night and I’ve managed to roll onto my back! I know it’s not crucial at the moment (I think it’s from 28 weeks you should really avoid it and I’m 23 weeks) but I’m trying to get out of the habit! Any tips would be appreciated!

Following because I’m such a back sleeper the last few years, I wake up so frequently on my back (even with my pillow 😭)!

When I was pregnant, a pregnancy pillow shaped as an U helped Wish you an easy pregnancy and fast delivery

Lots of pillows, full body U pillow. Failing that if you have long hair put it in a low bun, it's likely to be uncomfy to sleep on your back with that so you'll either be woken to move or immediately move because it's uncomfortable. I found the further into the pregnancy it happened less anyways because I was just too top heavy if I had landed on my back and it immediately woke me 😊

I use a wedge pillow that has a fabric strip that goes under me. Pins right behind my back really well. Means I can lean on it and kind of lie on my back but not actually be on my back

@Jennifer what pillow is this please?

I have a full U pillow, I still end up on my back sometimes but I always wake up at some point and go back to laying on my side. X

As long as you are propped up and not fully on your back its fine. I spoke to my midwife about it this morning cos I keep rolling on my back in the middle of the night! And I'm nearly 26 weeks now

I am also struggling with this I have a small pillow and it’s not stopping me!

I have the koala plus pregnancy pillow. It's big and I've found it helpful so far. It also comes with a smaller pillow you can use for lower back or for your bump for extra support if needed. You can have it attached or detach it and use for what you want. It's very comfy and I have found I rarely roll onto my back now as you have it behind you and have the pillow for bump support and between your knees 😊 https://koalababycare.com/products/koala-hugs-plus

I have never slept on my back, always on my side - until I got pregnant and now I wake up on my back every single night even with my pregnancy pillow 😫🤣 so I’ve started making sure my shoulders are slightly elevated by my pillows so at least when I am on my back I’m slightly sat up x
