Had HSG yesterday, tilted uterus, clear tubes

Just wondering if anyone has had that test, no blockages but managed to get pregnant naturally after it? We’ve been TTC for 3 years, 1 miscarriage in feb 2022 at 8 weeks, no ovulation, 40 day cycles! Results of my test were that I have clear tubes! I also have a tilted uterus - not sure if that would make a difference to TTC?
