@Courtenay Thanks for the insight! I went on YouTube to figure out how to get around it and in the few videos I watched, they were all using it from head to toe 🤦🏽‍♀️ And I had a hard time trying to use it that way. Using it from the chest area makes more sense and for back support too.
No worries! Took me a while to find the right positions too x
It saved me! But my pelvis was buggered. Now I use it daily for breastfeeding and to sit my baby up Whilst I eg get dressed. Found it so bloody useful.
@Katie Sounds like it wasn't a bad purchase for me after all. Please what do you mean by your pelvis being buggered?
I use mine by bending the top bit under my head as a pillow, laying on my side and resting my top arm and top leg over it. Apparently it’s good when you have a big bump, to support underneath it
I never used a pregnancy pillow, only a triangle one for my belly and another little one for my knees !!

I never used it to rest my head but for me it worked sitting on the sofa I would place it in a semi circle around my waist so you kind of have a ring around where you’re sitting and stretch my legs out, it provided good support for my back and around my hips. In bed I would lay it alongside me from about my chest down and sleep on my side with my leg over it! I still use it now on the sofa as it’s a good way to rest your arms when feeding the baby.
