Recommendations for any pregnancy support pillows?

I’ve been getting really bad upper back pain and stiffness during night and early morning which improves with movement. Anyone recommend any particular brands for good pregnancy support pillows at bedtime? I’ve also self-referred to physio but not sure on how long that will take x

Mostly a rant

I’m still super early in my pregnancy, about 7 weeks (tomorrow lol) but I’ve already gotten a body pillow to get myself in the habit of sleeping on my side and sleeping with part of it between my thighs.
My husband will not stop complaining about how much space it takes up on the bed. It’s literally one of the ones that is basically just a long standard pillow.
Idk what he thinks is going to happen, especially the farther along I get. Like what is he going to say when I’m huge in the third trimester??

Has anyone started using a maternity pillow yet? If so, which ones? I hated the pillow that I had for my first pregnancy, it was long and made me so hot😅 so wanting to find one that's more comfortable

I am struggling to choose butterfly pillow. Does it make a big difference buying with actual brands or from Amazon? I am not satisfied with those in Amazon, none of them has a great review. I am pregnant with my first baby due in January and just wondering whether I should get a pregnancy pillow?

Do they actually help or make you sleep better?

Can you just use regular pillows and get the same result?

I've seen videos of mums saying they're pointless and just using normal pillows instead, even for breastfeeding.

The ladies who have tried pregnancy pillows, please let me know!

And if they really are useful, which shape or style is the best?

I have a lot of joint pain due to being hypermobile and haven't slept well at all since week 2 (major tiredness, but unable to fall asleep!).
