Sunbeds

What does everyone think about using sunbeds when pregnant? I was thinking about using them again as it’s the only thing that helps my acne prone skin obviously I wouldn’t over use and would only go on for like 5 minutes at a time when the bed is cool and keep the bed and myself cool

Pregnancy pillow recommendations?

I'm only at 9 weeks at the minute but I've noticed I'm comfier and sleeping better when I wrap my duvet into a sort of makeshift pregnancy pillow, I'm a first time mama on a budget so any recommendations for cheap but still good pregnancy pillows would be ace!

Does anybody have any recommendations, please? I had one of the massive C shaped ones with my first that I found too big and didn’t really love it.

I’m struggling sleeping on my side and am already finding that I need support under my bump!

Should I buy a pregnancy pillow??

Hi ladies! I hope you’re all doing amazing today! I need some opinions here… I’m starting to get bigger and more uncomfy, especially at night. Does anyone have a pregnancy pillow? Does it really help you sleep better or be more comfortable? I keep seeing videos of them, but I am not sure if I’m being influenced or if they’re actually helpful. Thanks!

Pregnancy pillows

This is my 2nd pregnancy and it’s already been so hard for me to sleep due to back and side/hip pain. It’s keeping me up most of the night. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good supportive pregnancy pillow that helps relieve the pain? I don’t want to spend too much but on the other hand I’m exhausted and just want something that has definitely helped people
