Implantion bleeding

Hey ladies!!! I am wondering how do I know if I'm going though implantation bleeding. Last week I throw up 3 days straight at night. Yesterday and today. I have been bleeding only when I pee. No blood clots. It's not heavy very very light. No blood on pads... Didn't even get cramps like normal and my cycle is usually really heavy with clots. I am wondering when should I take a test? Thank yall so much!!
