Bleeding

Hi girls, I just had my 6 week pp after having a c section. Gp didn't check down below but checked scar etc and belly. All seems well. When I got home just now I've noticed blood in my pants. Could this be my period? I did stop bleeding about a week ago. I have overdone it today, drove, carried little one in a carrier (his HV apt and my GP apt) and his bag on my back. I'm wondering if that could of been why?
