I’m not pregnant yet but I have pcos. I take myo-inositol, vitamin d3, vitamin b complex, vitamin e, turmeric, CoQ-10 & ashwagandha. I started taking them New Year’s Day & I’ve ovulated for the first time since June. Could be a coincidence, but they say it takes 3 months for vitamins to have any affect on you - 3 months of taking them & I’ve ovulated. I also drink lemon water every day, as well as lemon & ginger shot in the morning (meant to be very good for fertility) x
