I actually phoned them and I got it over the phone 😊

Ours was just automatically added to our account as we use the tax free childcare scheme anyway. We were given it in early January but of course we can't use it until April. Do you have an account? Have you checked if it's already in there?

@Shelley Yes, Shelley, I've been checking, but it's not there yet.

@Megan I think that's the next step for us. We will give them a call if we don't get reply by Tuesday, because that's when it will clock 7 days since we applied.

@Chizzy if I’m honest I just applied online and then called a few days later 😂, and just said it wasn’t letting me log in and they just did everything over the phone.. she was really helpful and then I logged back into it a couple of hours later when I got a text.. (you have to log in every 3 months to keep it active btw) but they explain it all to you

Within seconds! We use tax free childcare so they had all of our details. We were so pleased to pay the final really large nursery bill this month.
