Accidentally took higher dose IVF meds
I accidentally took 150 extra units of gonal f in addition to my dose of 450 units. I’m freaking out that I messed up my whole cycle and have been calling the on call nurse phone line but no answer. I’m supposed to have my retrieval later this week (friday or Saturday). Has anyone done this before? I feel like a moron and like I really messed up :(

I did a extra shot 2 times of the gonal f. It didn't make a difference. If you did it more times the only thing it will do is make the follicles grow more and faster if you kept doing extra shots. I had one friend that did the trigger shot instead of the gonal f shot. So they had to cancel the round that month. As the eggs got released and they were to small to get 2 days later.
Easy you mix up when all hormonal and feel presured to do it night. I think it will br ok too. Hopefully nurse will be in touch soon x

Mention it to your clinic but I wouldn’t worry about it.
