I've been in your boat and I know how you feel and the struggle. I developed blood clots had them for 2 years they also went into my lungs (the most scary day of my life) I to had to take needles in my stomach (lovenox to be exact) twice daily which as you said are SOOOOOO painful then u get bruises on top of bruises so sticking urself becomes 10x as hard at that point you run out of places on your stomach that is not bruised so u gotta just start sticking the bruised areas TRUST ME I KNOW YOUR PAIN.
