TTC no 3

I’m so confused so looking for anyone who has had similar?? I was diagnosed with Endo in 2018/19 following a MRI showing a large growth and lesions. Anyways following that I was due to see fertility and have a laparoscopy in 2020 however a month before found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child so all that was cancelled. Fast forward to 2022 I have a transvaginal scan and ultrasound which showed a twisted left ovary and cysts all over them, was told possibly PCOS however blood work and hormones came back clear and therefore did not suggest PCOS. I was then referred to Gynaecology for further investigation…. March 2023 after waiting 8 months I finally attended gynaecology and discussed my history’s and symptoms in depth and the registrar looked over everything and agreed to put me back on the wait list for a laparoscopy, decided they would like a up to date ultrasound and transvaginal scan and following that I could then ask for hysteroscopy. I had my scan today, the ultrasound tech asked me why I was referred to clinic so I shared the above. In her words she can’t see anything wrong, my ovaries are beautiful and clear of cysts and definitely not twisted. She also shared I had a lot of follicles which indicated high fertility. So then I shared with her how I’d been TTC for the last 2 years following having my daughter in 2021 ( I started trying straight away because of the fact it took 2 years to conceive her). She told me she could not understand why I had not yet become pregnant and to monitor my LH levels. So basically I’m confused and more so upset, before I had a answer to why I may be struggling to conceive etc but now I’ve got nothing. I’ve never miscarried, no chemical or ectopic pregnancies. I have two children- one of which took 2 years to conceive. So any suggestions? Anyone been through similar and would like to share their story??
