I get these 2 hours after eating breakfast😩
I've had this a couple of times since I reached my 3rd trimester. I spoke to my midwife about it and she said infrequent vomiting is normal due to baby's position, your stomach and other organs getting squished. She recommended smaller meals but more frequent (so same amount of calories, just not in 3 big meals a day). Try 5 smaller meals maybe. I've been doing that and it does seem to help
I've had this too. It just didn't sit right nothing since either. I think it's just your body rejecting whatever doesn't really suit
