Weight loss products?

Hi! Anyone have experience with a weight loss product that TRULY worked? I struggle to lose weight and not even cutting down on certain things and going to the gym 3x a week for 1.5 hours helps. I lost maybe 2 pounds over 3 months. Way too slow for my liking 😭 it’s so hard too😩 I’m willing to try a product but would prefer a recommendation from someone who personally used and saw results. Thanks in advance 🙏🏽

I know this isn't what you're asking for , but nothing ever worked for me until I did keto - and it was quick weight loss and lots of it. You just have to stick to it. I would look into it if you're interested. Maybe join a Facebook group dedicated to it. You have to be smart about it though. If you are worried about cholesterol, it can be done plant-based (I am vegan and did it animal free! Lost 104 lbs the last time, before getting pregnant and had to stop) You don't need to buy any special supplements besides maybe electrolytes for water and you don't need to work out. If you like working out, it won't hurt though 😂 ( the first time I did it I lost 54 lb in about 5 to 6 months and got pregnant with my now 3-year-old.)

@Alyssa thank you! Will definitely look at this ☺️ I HATE working out so it really doesn’t help that I’m not seeing results bc now I’m just starting to not want to go at all lol. When i did see results, i was excited to go! Thanks again for sharing wish i could lose 104lbs 😂

My mom did it too when I did it the first time and got thin!! (She did it regular, with meat etc) i wish someone had told me sooner 😂 I don't want to be on here saying working out is worthless cuz I'm sure once you lose enough weight and you want to build muscle/tone up, it's helpful! It just never helped me lose any weight even when I was tracking calories lol. It felt like I flipped a switch! But do watch out for scammers trying to make you buy exogenous ketones. You do not need them!

I use my fitness pal to track my calories. Personally tho I think it will put your calories at too low - so consider l comparing to other online calorie recommendations like macros.com or iifym.com. I also adjust my macros to 40% carbs, 30% fat & 30% protein to try to keep my protein up. It makes me realize the makeup of a lot of foods. For me - if I clean up my diet it makes a huge difference.

Try going raw vegan for atleast 3 months. I promise you will see amazing results.

I’ve been working on weight loss for over 12 years, and the only weight loss method that worked for me was Noom. I pretty much eat almost the same foods I ate before, but more mindfully. It essentially helps you restructure your relationship with food in a very healthy way. I lost 15 pounds in 3 months and kept it off.

Keto worked for me. I lost almost 150 in about 8 months ...maintained for 6..then got pregnant ..I gained about 80 back which was super discouraging BUT it was my own fault...I literally ate everything in sight and listened to everyone telling me it'd be fine and I'd lose it quick again. Second time around it was a lot harder to stick to..but I'll get there. Goodluck to you!
