You can conceive in your 40's. You still have time 🙂 I have a daughter who I had in my 40's.
It took me 6 years hun and Im now pregnant at 37. Its a tough road but stay strong and hopeful. I hated everyone saying ‘just stop trying so hard’ or ‘relax and it will happen’…. Cos its so hard but what I will say, is when I stopped worrying about the WHEN, its happened. Yeah I wanted to have all my kids popped out by now but you cant control it and I know I still had plenty of time. I just stopped planning around when I ‘might’ be pregnant and just got on with our lives. I really do think there is something in that… If you want to seek help I think my docs said to keep a log of ovulation and sex for 6m… the only problem with keeping the log is that you are always thinking about it but dont give yourself a deadline for getting pregnant - I really believe mindset plays a big role x
👋🏻 some say 1 year but some areas will see you at 6 months of trying when you’re over 35. You could book with your gp for a chat regardless to see if it gets the ball rolling
