Qnatal Low fetal fraction AGAIN

Anyone have to redraw the Qnatal due to low fetal fraction just to have it come back AGAIN saying the same thing? Was everything okay with your baby. I’m trying not freak out but also want to be realistic

I went thru Natera and had low fetal fraction twice too! They want to do a CVS on me now & the NT Ultrasound

My dr just put in another referral for MFM to discuss further steps I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of a CVS I’ll have to see what it is How frustrating right?!

Did it say what percentage? I emailed MFM about mine because it says low risk/normal, but fetal fraction was only 3%, so that's a bit worrisome. I had the NT scan, and that was normal. I did mine through Invitae.

My first fetal fraction came back at 10 weeks 2.8% inconclusive now at 12 weeks it came back 3.8%

@Jessica Jessica- did they read those results at 3.8%?

@Cristal yes they did! Low risk and gender!

@Jessica That's great! Do you have your NT scan soon? I want to avoid CVS or amniocentesis, but I thought about asking to have the NIPT repeated since fetal fraction was so low. Although they still predicted low risk.

@Cristal Yes, NT Ultrasound is Monday, I will be 13 weeks 5 days cut off for it is 14 weeks. Then will discuss with the Dr next steps to ensure nothing is wrong with the baby. I would redraw and do the NT!

@Jessica I hope everything goes well!! I had my NT a couple of weeks ago, and it looked perfect. I'm 15 weeks today.

@Cristal mine never said percentages I didn’t even know it would show that. Maybe the genetic counselor that I have to see wed will have the % they both came back with. I’m already 14 weeks so I don’t think I can have the NT scan
