When do you use the ovulation sticks?

I've always used the Easy@home ones and it's recommended to use them late morning after not drinking anything and holding urine for a good 2 hours. Late morning is typically when your LH levels will peak, rather than first thing apparently. I used them twice a day as I got further into my cycle and kept testing after I thought I got my peak, just to make sure that was really it! Over 2 years in now and I've pretty much got it down, only needing to test for a day or 2 before I get a peak. Hope they work for you soon Xx
