Harrow nursery set

Hi everyone! Long shot but worth a go. We’ve recently bought second hand nursery furniture- Harrow set from mamas and papas. Great condition but there is a small visible scratch on the wardrobe door. I was wondering if anyone had experience in paint colours of this set. The mamas and papas ‘white’ is definitely off white and just wondered if anyone had a paint they know matched quite closely?
