Always negative LH test

My husband and I have been trying for 2.5 years. For a while I was taking an ovulation test everyday it seemed like. Then I got sick of the stress of it and my doctor put me on Letrozole (2.5mg x2). It has been 7 months and no such luck. My question is when I was taking the ovulation tests I never got higher than a 15. Will that also be the same with a pregnancy test? Like it won’t show up until much later or not at all? TIA for the advice.

When I found out I was pregnant my LH showed as peak

Have you looked into PCOS testing? I could not get a positive LH test either and ended up finding out I have PCOS with insulin resistance from some blood work. Once they started me on progesterone and Letrozole, I finally got my first positive LH tests. Still not pregnant yet, but it’s a good start! My doctor told me that if it did not work within six months of being on Letrozole, to let them know, and we would look into fertility options. You may want to readdress this with your OB.
