@Sammy i have not
@Kayla I would search out a holistic or integrative doctor. Ask for a thyroid panel. If your diet and exercise are good, it's possible your hormones are simply off. For many women, their iodine stores are depleted during pregnancy which causes Hypothyroidism. The book, "The Iodine Crisis" by Lynne Farrow is a good read for understanding iodine and its role.
10 years ago I went to a bariatric doctor and she put me on medication (phentermine), on a low calorie diet and had weight and blood tests controls periodically, vitamin supplements and actually made me exercise a bit less (meaning, to have a more balanced approach to exercise). I lost nearly 100 lbs that never came back. It was the ONLY thing that ever worked for me. I had tried everything you can imagine and going to an actual specialized bariatric physician is the only thing that helped. My brother did the same but he used Xaxendra and was very successful.
Have you had a thyroid panel done?
