Mix the liquid into the menopur powder, swirl it then let it sit for 20 min before injection, really helps with the sting.

First of all, good luck with everything Secondly, I found icing the areas 20 mins before helps. Lastly, take it one day at a time. You are not suppose to be comfortable with it, but you will get used to it and you will be a champ
