Benefits ID number
Hi everyone! Idk if this a dumb question but I’m filling out a form for medical clearance to go overseas and I’m being asked for my daughters DoD Benefits ID number and I’m wonder where I can find it since it’s not on my ID lol! Thank you!

It also should be the exact same as yours or the sponser with “02/03 “ on end, for which number dependent she is. Like my husbands is mine but with 001 on end.
So that may help you memorize her last digits, then just replace them for yours in the future if you don’t have her card on you.
My sons benefits number is my husbands!
