I'm not familiar with this app so what I'm seeing isn't giving me the information I'd need to help out. When it comes to tracking ovulation, I highly recommend not relying soly on OPKs (the pee strips), especially considering your cycle has become irregular. The best action for you to take going forward is to start tracking your cervical mucus (CM) and your body basal temperature (BBT). You can do this alongside the strips if you want to continue using them. Tracking CM and BBT is not only the most reliable way to pinpoint ovulation, it also gives us insight in to what your hormones are doing, which allows us to make more concise decisions around action to take to address issues. If you'd like any further assistance with this, let me know 😊
Maybe around 11th to today ?
