Implantation bleeding

I’m very confused, I think I ovulated around 10 ish days ago. I started very light brown/light pink bleeding Monday night and it’s been on and off over the past few days. I have read that implantation bleeding can be stop start but I’m very confused. I’m bloated, breasts are sore, I’ve had back pain, headaches and felt sick quite a few times. Has anyone else had this experience? I don’t know if I’m period is coming or if it can be implantation? Any advice would be much appreciated
