Possible Chemical pregnancy?

On the 18th May I got a faint positive pregnancy test. It was accompanied with severe hunger, nausea and a very bad motion sickness (that does make me think that I was really pregnant). The next day the test was negative and since then it has been 2 weeks and the test remains negative (I have to test every week due to my meds). The symptoms went away a few days after the positive test…in total I had them for a week. All that makes me think that I’ve had a chemical pregnancy. Ok but if that’s the case shouldn’t I get my period? Or have any form of bleeding? I’ve had 2 miscarriages before (farther along) and there was so much blood, while now not a drop. I’m seeing my obgyn soon, but wondering what you guys think.

Interesting. Let us know what your ob says. Im curious. It could have been a possible false positive. They are rare but it does happen.

@Hayley idk false positives don’t come with all the pregnancy symptoms. I don’t have the biggest appetite and during this time I would eat the fridge and I couldn’t be in a car as every time my husband would hit the break or change the speed I would be ready to puke… just like with my first baby.
