Pelvic therapy helps. I’ve been dealing with hip pain since 23 weeks. I did pelvic therapy they gave me deals to do and it help to with the pain

Putting a large pillow between the knees or using a pregnancy pillow may help x

If you don’t already highly recommend a pregnancy pilliow! But also sleep with a pilliow supporting your bump too you’ll find the pain will ease, as I was experiencing this and did this and I’m managing to get a lot more sleep now xx

Try a pregnancy pillow or just a normal pillow between your knees. I find I have to swap sides regularly otherwise the side I'm laying on starts to hurt.

When my hips are so bad I end up sitting up fully and sleeping like that for a few hrs then I can go back to sleeping on my sides if they feel better. Xx

Full body strength, conditioning and stretching has completely healed all the pain in my body. I had back, shoulder and hip pain. I don’t even need my pregnancy pillow to sleep anymore it’s great.

I have the same. Pregnancy massages, yoga and regular stretching has really helped me. I often have to get up and do my stretches in the middle of the night x
