I find it's easier to just pop into them and request to have the stuff collected, they can be a nightmare to call at times due to being really busy xx
I ordered mine at the baby show but wasn’t able to get them on the phone so popped in last Saturday and most of it was ready. I collected what I could and they said they would phone me when the other bits come into stock but it’s really only accessories I’m waiting on xx
Yeah I used them for my pram. They can be hard to get through to, but I got through ok a couple weeks ago, I was enquiring about car seats. I do remember tho when I ordered my pram and discussing dates, that they said if baby does come early then can give u something to use short term until ur pram is ready. Hope that helps.
Yeah I emailed them to say I couldn't get them on the phone and they phoned me straight back xx
I got my pram from there and it arrived exactly a month before my due date. I never collected it until the baby arrived however I did collect the base and car seat earlier!
