Prams dirtying house

I’m sure there’s a very logical solve for this but week 3 baby brain has kicked in!

After coming back home from a wet walk with the pram, I then have to traipse mud through the house to roll it back in (it lives in our kitchen and has to roll through a small carpeted entrance hall.

Does anyone have a solve for this / way to stop their house getting filthy from pram wheels?

How do you clean with a velcro baby?

My baby is almost 6 months in two weeks. I cannot clean or put her down anywhere without her screaming and wanting to be held. I have to wear her then I'm in pain after hours of holding her I can't clean clean when I'm holding her because I don't want her to inhale any cleaning products. My house is a mess I feel a mess but I don't know what to do. I just need her to be entertained for a few hours so I can do stuff.

Baby products

Hey guys ,
My baby (9 months) is bathed daily and lotioned daily and it works for us as a wind down routine . However she is quite skin sensitive I’ve noticed . I loved the smells and idea of Nalas baby but it will break my girl out in a full blown red patchy rash . We scrapped that and currently using mustela which works good but it’s pricey for us . Does anybody have alternatives that are clean products but work well and a cheaper price ? I don’t like Johnson’s ties to cancer causing ingredients so thats not really doable . Aveeno we tried but it made her itch for some reason ?
Suggestions welcome !!

Travel Car Seat

Hi 👋 Wondering if anyone can suggest a good travel car seat? We’re heading overseas and hiring a car, and I think I’ll feel a lot more comfortable if we take our own car seat. The one we currently have is way too bulky to take with us (the isofix is attached to the seat), so looking to buy a second one that we can use for travel/it can then live in my husbands car. Ideally, one that’s not too heavy 😅 Any thoughts / links would be amazing! Thanks x

Leaking nappy!

Struggling with leaking nappies with my 3 week old baby boy. He goes through 3/4 outfit changes a day. I've tried Sainsbury's, Aldi and Pampers and still having the same issue. Also changed sizes from newborn, size 1 & size 2. He weighs around 3.5kg, anyone have any advice?!

Can I take my 9 month old on an uber without a car seat?

I may need to go to London (I live in Birmingham) for a few days, and will be taking public transport there. Once I get to London it’ll be quicker for me to order an uber. I won’t be taking a car seat though as I’ll already have a pushchair on me.

Cheap but safe car seat

We’ve just realised we need a second car seat a lot sooner than expected, but I’m on £0 wage until I return to work. We have the joei I-spin which is our main car seat, but we need a second one for my husbands car. The most it’ll be used is for him to drop our son to nursery once a day, which is a mile down the road - that’s all it will be used for. I don’t want to spend loads, we can’t anyway, but we want it to be safe because anything can happen in that distance.

Do you have any recommendations?

Jumper/bouncer

Thinking about getting a jumper (something like the one pictured) for my 6 month old because she’s sooooo bouncy it’s all she loves doing. But, I’m a bit worried about how it can affect hip development. Are there any brands that are safe or more recommended? Would use for around 10-15 minutes a day. Thanks

Baby monitors? Dream sock?

Trying to make wise investments to protect my baby while he is asleep and keep me as informed as possible. What are some must haves to help me with keeping him safe through the night and in general? What are things I should avoid?

Baby carrier recommendations

Hello!

I would like to buy (another) baby carrier and need some recommendations, please.

I currently have a wrap baby carrier and my baby loves it. However, I would like to buy something that is easier and faster to put on.
My baby is 1 months old.

I would appreciate any recommendations from your own experience.

Thank you so much ♥️

Double pram recommendations

I have a 18 month old and I am currently 7 months pregnant with my 2nd baby. I wasn’t planning on buying a new pram or a double pram, but I’m thinking that my toddler will defo be getting tired and will also need a place to sit or sleep while on the go, (especially if I’m goin on walks with both the kids alone) I was thinking about a double pram that’s one above the other but I don’t like any of them so I am thinking of a side by side only. Any recommendations for an affordable side by side ? The only one I’ve currently seen is the ickle bubba one with a newborn cocoon, very affordable but would like to know anyone’s opinions, experiences and recommendations. Thank you!
