Hello, I had the same message this week and there’s nothing to worry about. They called me and explained it’s hormones at night, especially if you aren’t getting enough sleep. They told me to take a metformin with my evening meal to bring my fasting level down. Don’t worry :) x

I'm a type 1 diabetic so insulin resistance is definitely here for me aswell, it's totally normal in diabetes as the placenta releases a hormone that makes you insulin resistant and the further a pregnancy progresses the more resistant you become. Youll most likely be fine over the weekend, so id try not to worry too much, they just may recommend you have a lower carbohydrate diet to get the sugars under control, but I'd call them as soon as they're open just to get some guidance 🙂
