Sciatica

Any suggestions to help with sciatic pain?? Would a back brace help? If yes any recommendations?? I’m a daycare worker so I’m constantly picking up 10-40 lb kids

I am a Personal Trainer AND I work Part time at my daughters daycare in her class, so I get it. Tight flutes and hips are often the cause of sciatic pain. I would suggest deep stretching and some self myofascial release by using a foam/stick roller or a massage gun in your glutes.
