Looking for any products or home remedies to help with post pardum hair loss. I can't even run my fingers through my hair without clumps coming out. I am surprised I have any hair left on my head tbh. 🫠😭

Hair loss peaks 4 months postpartum, I was really shocked how much was falling and scared too but it stopped itself after maybe 2-3 months of intense hair shedding. Now it’s back to normal

It’s a bit different, but I experienced hair loss after 2 back to back egg retrievals. I’ve been oiling my hair with Rosemary oil, cutting back on washing and heat styling, and it has helped so much. There are tutorials all over Instagram and TikTok for oiling and heatless styling. Good luck!
